The Thrills of Roller Coasters: Using Data to Make Recommendations is the 1st place winning lesson plan selected from the DS4E Bite-Sized Lesson Plan Competition. In this lesson, teachers and students can experience digging into the thrills of roller coasters and use an easy-to-use data tool to explore, structure, process, visualize, and model data.

X-STEM All Access – presented by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, and Discovery Channel – is an entertaining, educational, and interactive online STEM experience for 6-12th graders. Through a series of online episodes, students will get an inside look into the exciting careers and inspiring personal journeys of diverse STEM role models through a lively Q&A session with a fellow STEM professional. WiDS Next Gen inspires secondary school students to consider careers involving data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and related fields.
